Als Organisationspsychologin vereint Vera langjährige Expertise für Menschen, Marken & Marketing. Nach > 15 Jahren im Product & Corporate Branding, hat sie 2014 das Thema Employer Branding für sich entdeckt und seitdem in unterschiedlichsten Projekten vorangetrieben. Zunächst als Lead Consulting & Campaigning bei der Deutsche Employer Branding Akademie (DEBA), anschließend als Head of Employer Branding & Solutions bei StepStone. Seit Oktober 2023 arbeitet sie mit ihrem Partner-Netzwerk unter der Marke Lucky you® freiberuflich als Employer-Branding-Beraterin & Strategin für große & kleine Unternehmen sowie Agenturen. Außerdem doziert sie an der Ruhruniversität Bochum zum Thema.
Neue Lösungen finden, in unterschiedlichsten Arbeitskulturen wirksam sein, um gemeinsam besser zu werden, das ist ihr Antrieb.
